That and the fact staff model is ugly, it's a pain to find groups for CoC any more, and the crafted BS dagger + inscription offhand is better if you have the cash to burn.

How to get it: Complete the Crucible of Carnage quest line in Twilight Highlands.
How to get rid of it: Decorate it with sparkles and rainbows, drastically reducing it's "manliness." Or vendor it for 29g 69s 77c.
