I still am having trouble with generating enough rage in the first few seconds of the fight. My shouts just don't seem to cut it. I just purchased a copy of the original WoW digitally, and it gives you a key to use when upgrading a trial account.

So I suppose you can hold on to the key until you were ready to do RaF, then upgrade with the code.
