The only thing that does worrie me about the new Guild talent system and the points / guild cash players earn for their guilds. as it was stated at Blizzcon there would be some new mounts with Guild bardin on them which can be brought this way however they said it would be upto the guilds Gm to allow players to use the Guild cash to buy them Id like to see this option avilable to all members of the guild not just the Guild master so if players would like to retain a small amount of the guildcash they earn towards this they can. http://bit.ly/fOpoxf
This means that you need to start your own guild and run it they way you want. Or another option would be for you to apply to some better guilds which have fair "looting" rules. Blizzard is putting the security of "guild money" into the hands of the guild master. It is up to him/her to assign permissions of who can and who cannot spend it. Once Cat hits or as more news comes out, talk to your GM or Guild Leadership and ask how it's going to work for your guild.
I'm a bit perplexed that you think multiple skill-ups will "shuffle a lot of our crafting to inexpensive gear". The main takeaway should be there will be more incentive to craft and sell recourse heavy but in demand gear over cheap green gear with no market value.

What I'm most interested in about reforging is how it will effect drops. Because it seems to me that, if you can change Hit to Spirit on a piece of caster gear or vice versa on http://bit.ly/fmnhWBhealer gear, there won't be quite as much need to drop as much gear.
I'd change my spellpower tinker to haste in a heartbeat. Sure, I could just get a haste enchant, but then I lose my parachute. Likewise, with the removal of attack power, it'll behoove me to be able to change the +agi on the Adamantite Rifle to +str, or vice versa.
They specifically said in the panel that Engineers would be able to Reforge trinkets. I expect they would be able to do ranged weapons as well.
